Eagle River, Wisconsin
Eagle River. The actual destination.
Twenty-eight connected lakes, 174 miles of shoreline, a real downtown, and four seasons that each give you a different reason to come back.
At the water
Your own way onto the Chain.
Approximately 125 feet of waterfront and a private dock put the Chain of 28 Lakes just beyond the porch. Two kayaks and one paddleboard are available from May through October.

Warm season
Move with the water.
Launch a kayak or paddleboard from the private dock, fish in the morning, or spend the day moving between lakes and stopping at waterfront bars and restaurants around the Chain.
Winter
Snowmobile country.
Eagle River is the Snowmobile Capital of the World®, with more than 500 miles of groomed trails in the area. The gas fireplace and soaking tub still make the trip worthwhile even if you never ride.
The area guide
What’s worth knowing before you go.
